2、能承受较大工作压力，做事认真负责，对作品有高标准、严要求，能够反推开发还原设计效果；

3、良好的审美，对设计潮流把握准确，思路开阔，具备优秀的沟通能力，与团队合作能力。

4、能独立完成的复杂网页作品，有独立完成大型网站设计经验者优先

工作职责：

1、根据运营需求完成视觉方案设计和制作，设计推广图片和广告素材；

2、能够根据品牌文化及产品特色设计并制作品牌及产品展示资料；

3、负责企业形象的设计，主导视觉风格研究、设计流行趋势的分析；

4、在家办公即可
