Duties and responsibilities:

1. Managing outsourcing documents preparation and workflow processing;   

2. Fulfill regulatory reporting obligation of IT outsourcing activities;   

3. Implement HQ outsourcing methodology;  

4. Coordination for the outsourcing checks/monitoring/ regular evaluation;

5. Result oriented and pushing the agenda;

6. Team support and cross-department coordination; 

7. Handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor′s degree or above;

2. IT background is a big advance;

3. 3-5 years’ experience in outsourcing evaluation or relevant position is highly preferred;

4. Excellent negotiation skills, cross parties negotiation and coordination capability needed;

5. Prior experience working in foreign-owned company is desirable;

6. Proficient Microsoft Office user;

7. Knowledge of Finance/ consumer finance/ business field is a big advantage;

8. Fluent in English and Chinese (read, write, speak); 

9. Ability to adapt to stressful and fast-paced conditions;

10. Great working efficiency and organizational skills;

11. Discretion and confidentiality;

12. Exceptional communication/negotiation skills;

13. Excellent concentration and the ability to think and act quickly;

14. Integrity and a sense of responsibility;

15. Quick learner of company methodology and procedures;

16. Highly driven, extremely pro-active and organized and be confident . Strong sense of teamwork;

17. When handling multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
