Position Justification:

  

The new salesperson will be responsible for growth of EM business at the upcoming new 300mm IC fabs, PFD fabs and localization projects for 150mm and 200mm IC fabs.

  

Position Description :

1. Marketing and sales of PX high purity sputtering target and technology.
2. Identify and pursue sputtering target opportunities in IC, FPD and LED market segments.
3. Maintain profitable business with current accounts, pursue and gain new opportunities.
4. Develop business comprehensive proposals for customer with the support of functional group
5. Develop relationship mapping plan to include all decision makers, influencers, and senior management
6. Accountable for continuous improvement on profits making by each sales deal and achieve customer satisfaction.
7. Accountable for coordination of all activities / resources / progress required by the Account.
8. Coordinate with functional groups to achieve solutions / 8D reports for customer complaints and follow up actions.
9. Implementation of required safety practice in all commercial activities.
10. Results oriented; self-motivated; problem-solving skills; leadership; team work coordination.
11. Support to product local outsourcing, coordination for local resources utilization.

Position Requirements & Education:

  

1. 4 year college degree (major in material science or engineering preferred)

2. At least 3 years experience in semiconductor or FPD industry in engineering or high purity material sales or technical service sales, to all levels of customer organization in terms of strategic and commercial/technical.

3. Business acumen and autonomy; able to work under pressure with customers

4. English communication skills and presentation capabilities.

5. PC applications: Notes, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
