岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
Primary Duties-
? Reviews and interprets prescription orders and verifies accuracy and completeness of patient labeling and input into pharmacy computer.
? Evaluates and resolves real or potential prescription related problems.
? Provides patient consultation on prescription and OTC medications.
? Establish a pharmaceutical care practice in conjunction with physicians and other care providers.
? Reviews inpatient orders and screens them for possible duplications, interactions.
? Dispense medication to hospitalized patients
? Follow and understands all pharmacy policies and relevant hospital policies.
Other Duties Performed-
? Ordering inventory and doing periodic inventory check.
? Checking for expired medications.
? Performing monthly narcotic inventory.
? Completing a monthly invoice for various drug suppliers.
? Take part in evening and weekend shifts. Participate in night on-calls if needed.
? Compounding products for our department stock.
? Assist in completion of mail and internet pharmacy orders

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy or pharmacy specialty in a technical academy
? Minimum of 3 years work experience in a pharmacy (community or hospital) setting
Skills:
? Be able to perform the pharmacy duties independently
? Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Knowledge:
? Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics and pharmacy practice
