岗位职责:

Advertisement:

? Assist the Marketing Manager to make an annual advertising plan and execute it. The plan contains all kinds of processes, such as the signing of contracts, scheduling ads, payment etc.
? Monitor the release of ads’ schedule, collect samples, internally exhibit the samples, sort and file them; coordinate the contents of advertisements with the carriers.
? Monitor the release of competitors’ ads, collect samples, sort and file them; summarize, analyze and evaluate them regularly.
? Make a report to summarize, evaluate and analyze the periodical ad when it has been issued, the ad taking place four times a year. The report includes screening and adding appropriate ad media putting and putting methods.

Media:

? Collect and edit independently some related articles such as press releases, coverage of events and so forth; translate English drafts.
? Explore and expand corresponding media resources; establish good and stable media relationships.
? Maintain and enhance the degree of our dental service line’s exposure to media; look for free media resources and exploit them. For instance, profiles of all kinds of characters, dental follow-up, dental education articles and the release of the dental service line’s latest news are all on the list of free media resources.
? Be responsible for reception of media interviews; select appropriate interviewees; coordinate interview procedures.
? Search and monitor dental-related media coverage, ensure their correctness and accuracy, collect samples, internally exhibit them, and sort and file them.
? Monitor release of competitors’ media and news, collect samples, sort and file them, and summarize, analyze and assess them regularly.
? Make a report to summarize, analyze and evaluate periodical media when it has been published, the media taking place twice a year; the report contains screening and adding appropriate media and media means.

Activity

? Assist the Marketing Manager to make an annual activity plan and execute it. The plan includes screening suppliers, negotiating prices, signing contracts, selecting promotional materials, purchasing and so forth.
? Organize independently small market activities, which refer to those with fewer than 50 participants; perform corresponding procedures such as delivering information, inviting guests, venues meeting, receipting guests and hosting activities, making a summary report and so on.
? Participate in the innovative planning of large-scale events; be responsible for the coordination, communication, subsequent summary and evaluation, and so forth.
? Supervise the arrangements of competitors’ activities; analyze and evaluate their arrangements regularly.
? Make a report to summarize, evaluate and analyze periodical hospital activities which take place twice a year; then screen and add corresponding activity plans as well as arrangements.

Others

? Assist the Marketing Manager to finish specific programs or tasks.
? Aid other members of the marketing team to finish team programs or other tasks.
? Help relevant departments in the hospital with big programs or other tasks.
? Conduct hospital tours for visitors

任职资格:

? Bachelor's degree in PR/Media preferred
? At least three years above marketing communication/PR/media/advertising discipline
? Results-driven, high interest and potential to develop career in PR communication domain
? Dental / medical working background is highly preferred
? Team player
? Ability to work independently under pressure
? Good computer (MS Office) skills
? Professional presentation and manner
? Good command of Chinese and English
? Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
