基本要求：

• 本科及以上学历，控制与导航等相关专业；

• 熟练掌握控制理论及相关数学知识；
• 熟练掌握嵌入式软件开发知识；
• 至少熟练掌握两种及以上控制算法或制导算法。
• 具有飞控系统开发工作背景优先录用；
• 具有硬件在环仿真或实际控制经验优先录用；
