岗位职责:

-Perform the Annual Financial Plan, rolling forecast and Long-term Strategic Business Plan (SBP) for the company. Coordinate on the Planning timeline, target alignment and key projects, to ensure the timeliness and completeness of annual budgets.
-Complete the monthly/quarterly Financial Performance Review Deck, timely review with the finance management
-Provide timely, summarized and accurate monthly financial reporting and analysis on the brand performance
1) summarize the actual financial KPI performance vs Plan and PY, analyze the major variance and key drivers, propose actions and follow up the executions;
2) highlight the business performance, risk and opportunities.
-Optimize the month-end management reporting mechanism, co-work with accounting team to improve the month-end closing process
-Provide financial analysis support on the business decision making, process

任职资格:

Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Finance.
-Strong financial analysis skill and strong business senses.
-Experienced in Hyperion、Tableau or Power BI
-8+ years related working experience including at least 3 years in FP&A role in the sizable MNC or local companies of Retail or FMCG industry.
-Experienced in SAP system.
