Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of users’ business requirement for the consumer finance;

2. Meets with business stakeholders to discuss possible solution for the requirement;

3. Describe technical solution in functional specification enriched by Process and UML diagrams;

4. Prepare all information needed to clarify the data structure and provides specification for the programmers;

5. Be responsible for maintaining overall system documentation of appointed systems;

6. Close cooperation with development center in Czech Republic (HCI);

7. Work in agreed company project as team member based on nomination to the project team;

8. Understand and know functionality of corporate core business system for support of consumer finance business;

9. Coordinate IT Systems Analysts on assigned projects, lead by example;

Requirements:

1. Experience IT business and systems analyses, design of small and less complex system project – at least 3 years;

2. Minimum college degree (Software Engineering) / “Western experience” is an advantage;

3. (English request) fluent in English (oral and written)

4. Others

3)Willingness to travel around China, work occasionally over time;

4)Excellent communication, presentation;

5)PC skills (CASE tools, Oracle databases, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet);

6)Persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal.
