Job Description:

1. Direct monthly financial reports and Interprets the operating results and communicates results to management, facilitate achievement of budgetary(AOP) and financial targets;; identifying and tracking facility key metrics to optimize performance Keep monitoring the operation costs of the plant and provide solutions for the improvement of efficiency in the plant 2. Monitor internal control execution in each function under SOX 404 requirement. Lead monitoring process such as fixed asset physical check, inventory stock count to detect risky control deficiencies. 3. Work with region Accounting/CO team to ensure accurate book and costing calculation under US GAAP and PRC GAAP 4. provide PRC report and analysis to JV partner as required 5..Keep accurate tax book. Establish effective communication with local tax bureau to understand changes in tax requirement. 6. Lead, coach and motivate a team of finance professionals , and manage the growth and development of team and their talents including allocating duties and assignments and identifying training needs for current jobs and potential roles;

Required Skills:

A minimum of 8 years relevant experience, especial in Auto industry and manufacturing experience, having demonstrated strong financial and business planning skills, is required. Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or other related field of knowledge is required. CPA/MBA/ ACCA is perferred Understanding of local statutory requirements and US GAAP; Understanding of internal controls, SOX 404 Strong finance analytical skills Familiar with SAP Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skill Adapt for pressure environment and quick learning Fluent in English both written and oral.
