Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Benchmark and establish the standardization of workplace in HCC China, including back office, call center and branch office;

2. Drive Agile working style and mobility;

3. Track and report on general benchmarking data, ensure space is accounted for appropriately, similar best practice standards;

4. Provide various levels of engagement to support management needs: engage BU leaders directly, provide direction to GS team, and provide tools or process to others;

5. Ensure certain processes are in place and functional to ensure consistency, repeatability and alignment with HCC China BU leaders needs with respect to key delivery sub processes such as, document management, change management, scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, team management, construction management, regulatory and environmental compliance, communications management, risk management, procurement, approvals, planning & design, drawing and occupancy management/systems;

6. Constantly facilitate continuous improvement that seeks to maximize beneficial use by BU while minimizing business disruption, better coordinate with site manager to ensure best solution and optimum turnover of the project, better communicate to meet business needs and to optimize project delivery sub processes;

7. Effective and proactive communication with HCC BU leaders, contractors, and industry bodies (as required) to ensure employee satisfaction and GS success; effective facilitation of the resolution of escalated issues and challenges that include BU leaders.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of workplace solutions and process development experience;

2. Ability to multi-task in dynamic and demanding environment;

3. Strong communication and organizational skills;

4. Ability to follow direction, set priorities and follow through;

5. University graduation or professional certification (e.g. P. Eng, CGA or equivalent courses);

6. 10 years Interior design and documentation expertise;

7. Awareness of building issues, building and safety codes, the range of relevant products and materials, ergonomics, LEED;

8. Applicable industry standards and regulations;

9. Proven cost estimating and project specification writing abilities;

10. Proficient with AutoCAD and related software; MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
