工作职责:

Maintenance service requirements (including but not limited to the following)

工程主管会看工程图纸，会设计或改造平面图CAD。

建立设备设施管理标准、操作规程、节能运营方案以及应急预案，定期对运行、操作及维修人员进行技术和安全培训，对设备设施实施运行管理、预防性维护保养规划和管理、纠正性维修方案提议以及阶段性设施评估，保证校区内所有设备设施正常运行和定期维护，填写设备设施每日运行及巡查记录，并建档备查。当发生突发状况时，按应急响应程序及时处理，对运营的影响降到最小。

Engineering supervisor must have the knowledge of drawings and have the ability of CAD design.

Ensure the normal operation and regular maintenance of all equipment and facilities in the campus, monitor the energy, and formulate energy-saving operation plans. Regular training to operators and staffs, ensure all facilities in campus are well maintained on time. Complete operation and maintenance record daily and keep in archive. If any emergency, take the action immediately to reduce the impact as much as possible.

任职资格:

最低学历要求：大专及以上

计算机水平：熟练使用office、autoCAD软件

其他要求：

1. 有相关岗位的工作经验

2. 能独立工作，并且抗压力能力强

3. 对于领导安排的工作能够保质保量的及时完成

4. 根据工作内容需要能接受偶尔的加班要求
