  Job Description: 

• Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits in the labor market.

• Support management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.

• Identify benefit options by studying programs; obtaining advice from consultants.

• Expedite delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers.

• Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting Lear benefit policies and procedures.

• Comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing the benefits and department operational budgets and analyzing variances.

• Manage China Benefits projects to ensure the successfully delivery with pre-defined schedule and goals.

• Carry out periodic self-audit and sampling to monitor and improve on C&B compliance situation.

• Advise and communicate C&B compliance situation to HR management team on the compliance situation and its potential implication to improve.

• Ensure 100% of compliance with SOX requirement in the C&B services, deliver related training to China HR team.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

                        

  

Qualification:    

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Finance or related field

• Project management experience is preferred

• Minimum of 8 years broad based human resource experience with focus on employee benefits program and project management in MNCs

• Solid knowledge of China labor law

• Good analytical and numerical ability as well as problem solving ability

• Fluent English speaking and computer skills

• Hard working, team player and result oriented
