任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历, 机械制造相关专业
2. 8年以上机械行业经验 （钣金、钢结构、机加工、装配，焊接的其中2项以上），有喷漆质量控制检验更佳，4 年以上QC主管经验。必须有ISO9001体系运营经验，有ISO14001体系运营经验更佳。
3. 读懂机械零件及机械装配图纸，较好的英语口语及读写能力，常用的计算机能力。
4. 有较好的管理能力， 很好的人际沟通能力。
5. 诚实，认真，细致，负责， 以身作则。

职位职责：
1.全面负责质量控制部的日常运作，持续维护公司质量管理体系的正常运营。
Overall responsibility for daily quality management, continuously maintain a good quality management system.
2.检验和控制供应商产品质量并使其符合公司产品检验合格之要求。
Inspect and control the goods quality delivered from supplier, ensure the quality always meet company’s quality inspection criteria.
3.检验和监督公司制程产品质量，并确保终检产品质量符合客户之要求。
Inspect and monitor the quality of working in process, make sure the final FGs be inspected and tested for meeting the customer quality requirements.
4.主持、协调、跟踪生产过程中产品质量的及时解决，确保纠正改进措施的有效实施。
Coordinate and tracing the quality issue occurred in production process , make sure the problem be solved timely and the preventive actions are in place.
5.参与供应商审核，要求并追踪供应商完成相应改进的过程，并取得相关之报告。
Evaluate and audit the suppliers,. Push and trace the suppliers for continuous improvement and obtain all required reports & documents.
6.供应商日常质量表现报告制作及分析，并推动和协助供应商质量的持续改进。
Work out and analyze the supplier daily quality performance reports. Push and assist the suppliers for continuous quality improvement.
7.组织客户投诉处理，并在流程规定之时期内给出解决方案及后继改进预防措施等。
The internal owner of handling customer claims. Work out the solutions and long term preventive actions within the required time fence.
8.制定和完善质量体系和质量控制所需文件，包括《项目质量计划》，《产品质量检验计划》，《检验作业指导书》，《产品的检验标准》等。
Make and continues improve quality management system and all required quality control documents.
9.组织与产品质量有关的客户现场问题的处理。
Coordinate the quality issue process at customer site.
10.指导和培训下属技术及知识以其帮助下属达到或超越目标。并在部门内提倡和鼓励员工进行新方法、新工具等的创新，以提高工作质量和作业效率。
Guide and couch the subordinates’ skills and knowledge for meeting and exceeding the targets.Encourage the new technology and tools be used for increasing efficiency and higher quality.
11.组织实施计量器具管理并使之符合计量检验之规定要求。
Manage the all measuring instruments and ensure meet all calibration standards.
12.领导安排的其他工作。The other tasks be assigned
