Main responsibility:

1. To drive E-commerce B2B business to achieve monthly & annual target with managing the flagship store、the EC Key account and the 3rd party EC platform distributors.

通过对B2B电商直营店铺，电商KA客户以及第三方电商平台的有效管理，达成年/月度销售目标。

2. Develop online emerging B2B channels and distributors to maximize Norgren Express online business scale.

根据公司部门发展规划，开发新的B2B电商授权经销商以扩大诺冠快速销售部门的销售规模。

3. Manage Key account and distributors, including but not limited to price system, brand specification, authorization, etc. and help dealers improve sales of relevant platforms through operation

负责电商KA客户及授权经销商的日常管理，包括价格体系、品牌规范、授权管理等，并能够通过优势的运营提升对应平台的销售。

4. Independent to make EC promotion plan, and through the platform, digital marketing, technical services communication and ultimately launch it.

负责制定电商相关的销售推广计划，并通过与平台/客户、市场部、技术服务部门的沟通，对计划进行最终落实。

5. Responsible for the operation and management of brand flagship stores, including but not limited to daily maintenance, product update, store decoration, etc.

负责品牌直营店铺的运营和管理，包括日常销售维护、店铺产品策略更新和店铺视觉等。

6. Good at data analysis, and can constantly improve the operation strategy of the EC through data analysis

负责线上销售数据分析，能够通过数据分析结果对电商日常运营和发展进行提升。

7. Close liaison with colleagues to ensure high value leads are appropriately followed up via field sales and any issues of channel conflict are effectively resolved.

形成与同事的有效沟通，能够通过部门内以及跨部门的沟通确保重要销售线索的最终转化，同时能够处理销售中遇到的渠道冲突等问题。

Requirements:

1. University Degree

2. At least above 2 years E-commerce working experience, preferred in Engineering or B2B

3. Be familiar with e-commerce operation, have basic operation skills, and have practical operation experience in relevant e-commerce platforms

3. Self-confidence, excellent communication, team spirit

4. Great professionalism; business sensibility; proactive

5. Good learning & analysis ability
