岗位职责：

• 保存消防设施运行记录并确保其完整、准确性
• 定期审查计划安全措施日程表，明确日常维护检查工作并提供有效记录
• 确保消防设施、设备在有效运行期内正常工作，定期对消防设备进行日常保养和维护.

• 日常消防报警阀及阀门的检查，定期对消防水泵、灭火器等测试、保养
• 配合每年度的消检、电检

• 参加定期、不定期的消防法规的培训，交流、订阅消防安全方面的书刊报刊,从中学到经验和教训
• 消防中控及监控和门禁系统维护
• 日常消防设施的检查，定期的检测和保养，确保防火中控系统的安全可靠运行
• 每六个月对烟感温感进行一次检查,每年进行一次检测.
• 每天对中控故障进行统计记录并及时排除故障.
• 每月对声光报警广播进行一次检查,根据客户生产情况每年进行两次测试
• 确保监控及门禁系统安全可靠运行
• 对于客户反应问题12小时内及时解决.
• 监督包商做好日常维护检查工作并将相关记录整理入库

岗位要求:

• Relevant diploma and above
• At least 5 year relevant working experience in Facility Management especially Fire prevention and Fire fighting system.
• Excellent interpersonal, good communication skills within the company and relevant government bodies.
• Ability to work independently and exhibit a superior customer service attitude.
• Computer Software competency: Microsoft Office.
