职位描述
Title:HR assistant
Reports to: Regional HR Manager China.
Location: Base on Pudong office (Region headquarter)
Objective: Assist on Regional HR Manager for overall China business and projects.

Duties:
1.Assist on Recruitment
Collect resumes, arrange the interviews, make the talent pool data
Assist to find effective recruitment channel and work in the process
2.Work on the routin HR administration in regional headquarter
Taking care on-boarding procedure
Employee join & quit process handling
Social contribution payment and in/out process handling
Make attendance record
3.Assist on Employee Training
Collect the training demands from departments/BU
Coordinate with trainers and trainees under manager's instruction
4.Assist on HR projects
5.Communication and cooperation with plants HR
6.Work on the foreign visitors schedule (invitation letter/visia application, hotel reservation, pick-up arrangment, ect.) and GM trip arrangement
7.Documentation management
Keep files for HR documents
Prepare documents for management team (GM)
8.Other tasks assigned by line manager
Reporting:
1.Monthly attendance report
2.Leaves consumption report
3.Monthly employee list
4.Other reports by required
Job Specifications:
1.more than 2 years experience in HR field
2.Bachelor degree, major in HR or Administration
3.Fluent in English (oral and writing)
4.Experience of an international company
5.Basic knowledge of labor laws and Government regulations
6.Good communication skill
7.Knowledge of Microsoft office
8.Be willing and capable to learn
9.Motivate, reliable and cautious
