Responsibilities / Account-abilities:
Primary:
1. To meet sales target of not less than USD 3 million within all designated territories.
2. Meeting the sales target set by the Sales Management.
Secondary:
Provide technical consultation in relation to our product to customers.
Job Duties:
1. Management
- Assist Senior Sales Manager in recruit, train and provide support to direct and indirect sales staff.
- Assist General Sales Manager to plan, manage and commit annual sales projections, budget and strategy for his designated territories.
2. Sales
- Conducts follow up on project delivery.
- Attends to customer complaints.
- Resolves minor technical problem relating to the product.
- Expedites debt collection.
- Assists service team to install project.
- Provides assistance to product Marketing/ Business Development group in conducting seminar shows and other promotional activities.
3. Determines pricing on sales value up to USD 1 million with customer.
4. Ensures company quality policy, plans/programmes and procedures are impleneted within the department.
5. Provides technical consultation in relation to our product to customers.
6. Acts as first level of approval for Engr/ Manager reporting to him on all related matters.
7. Any other duties assigned as and when required by the immediate supervisor.
Minimum job requirements:
Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic Engrg & Certificate in Sales / Marketing or Management.
Experience:
Min 4 years sales experience in project management preferably in semi-conductor biz.
Prefer the sales/application engineer to have experience in electronics or semiconductor industry.
