岗位职责：

1、负责部门采购管理制度、流程、标准的完善、监督及落实 ，确保执行的有效性，同时负责部门采购人员工作安排、协调、业务知识的培训，不断熟悉新材料、新工艺；

2、负责公司材料、设备采购的整体规划，合理制定材料采购计划、组织项目材料前期准备工作；

3、定期进行市场调研，开拓渠道，进行供应商的评估及筛选，建立健全合格供应商资源信息库，完善供应商管理机制；同时建立健全建筑材料、设备数据库，提供材料、设备供应的最低市场指导价；

4、根据工程部提出的材料、设备采购计划的具体要求和审核部限量限价范围内，负责材料及设备的加工、定货等各项工作任务的实施，保障工程材料设备按时供应进场，满足施工进度计划的总体要求；

5、监控材料的市场变化，采取必要的采购技巧降低采购成本，及时协调解决材料采购、生产使用等过程中所产生的供货及质量问题；

6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，采购类相关专业；

2、5年以上制造业采购管理工作经验；

3、具备较强的材料工艺等相关知识，对材料成本控制有一定的把控能力；

4、具备优秀的职业素养及职业道德，良好的沟通能力及谈判技巧，较好的业务洽谈分析判断能力，较强的计划性及主动性；

5、具有良好的团队合作精神，抗压能力强。
