一 . Job Description

• Non-conforming products control

• Develop and implement process quality standards, incoming and outgoing quality standards.

• Lead the team to achieve established goals, including FPY, Cost of Poor Quality, PPM of O KM

• Production FTT monitor and weekly report

• Maintaining and update the control plan process quality standard.

• Work with engineering and manufacturing to fix quality problems using continuous improvement tools (A3, PDCA, 5 why etc)

• Manage the electronic and mechanical measure system is under control (MSA Study).

• Participate the QMS, process and the product audit.

• training for QC and key operators.

  
  

  二 . Requirements

  
  

  

• College's degree, Engineering or comparable education

• Certified Internal Auditor by KAUTEX or external body

• Experience in negotiation with customers and suppliers

• Product knowledge is important

• Knowledge of applicable customer-specific requirements

• Knowledge in statistics, FMEA, Control Plan APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and product and process capability

• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems, e.g.: 5S, standardized work, Kanban, visual management

• Good English language skills is preferred

• Applying useful tools ( A3, PDCA, 5 why) to find root cause

一、岗位职责

1.负责不合格产品的控制；

2.负责制定和实施过程质量标准，产品来料，过程和出货的质量标准；

3.带领团队实现已经确定的目标，包括产品合格率，不良质量成本，0公里PPM；

4.负责生产线FTT的监控和每周汇报；

5.负责维持和更新控制计划过程质量标准；

6.运用持续改善（A3, PDCA, 5 why）工具与工程部和生产部一起解决质量问题；

7.负责测量系统的MSA分析及改善；

8.参加QMS，过程和产品审核；

9.负责培训QC和关键操作人员。

二、招聘要求

1.2019年应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，工程或及其相关专业优先考虑；

2. 具有较强的沟通、协调和推进能力；

3.具有一定与统计, FMEA, APQP控制计划, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE 等相关的知识以及产品和过程能力；

4.熟悉公司相关产品的知识；

5. 较好的英文听、说、读、写能力；

6.会使用 A3, PDCA, 5 why等分析工具。
