Job Description

Toset up, implement and continuously improve the quality system of manufacturingcompany.

1. Buildup and improve the company quality system prepared later for certification, incl.ISO 9001 and ISO 13485;
2. Buildup,develop and lead the efficient quality control team;
3. Implement quality management system in the department under the leadership of the management representative, incl. ISO9001 and ISO 13485;
4. Make decision for product related affairs independently;
5. Buildup inspection procedures according to technical standard of products;
6. Organize incoming inspection,process inspection and delivery inspection;
7. Decide to accept or refuse incoming materials;
8. Responsible for inspectionfor final product;
9. Keep inspection recordsand reports accurate;
10. Collectquality data bystatistical techniques, analyzedynamic change of quality, giveeffective information for quality improvement;
11. Manage monitoringand measuring devices;
12. Verify unqualified products;
13. Supervise, inspect and verify implementation of corrective and preventiveaction and improvement during quality system operation;
14. Coordinate annual internal audit and externalaudit of qualitymanagement system;
15. Control technicaldocuments for 13485and CE;
16. Manage documentsand quality records;
17. Control, report and continuously reduce non-conformitycost;
18. Ensure continuous development and improvement of keysuppliers;
19. Build up the complaint handling system;
20. Establish and maintain effective relationships withinternal and external personnel.

Qualification Requirement：

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electricalengineering or other related majors;
2. Have the working experience inthe Quality Management System ISO 13485 certification and other healthcarerelated certificates application in China, e.g. CE and CFDA;
3. 5 years working experience on the quality post inmechanical engineering company;
4. Management skills, team leadership and staff motivationaptitude;
5. Fluent communication in English;
6. Systematic approach to problem solving.
