Responsibilities:

Independently take charge of some positions recruiting job, including:

-  Search, screen, select and interview candidates from HR side;

-  Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in compliance with both internal policies and external laws and regulations;

-  Follow up and fulfill the job vacancies from Requisition application to New staff on board according to company policy and align with the recruitment procedure;

-  Build up and maintain talent database;

-  Support recruitment projects such as campus recruiting activities, new initiative recruiting plans.

-  Support on boarding progress, monthly report and other administrate job.

Requirement:

Job Requirements:

-  Bachelor degree or above, minimum 2 years work experience

-  Open minded and self-motivation; Strong cooperation and team spirit;

-  Initiative, passion, detail and logical thinking

-  Can work under high pressure;

-  Good command of English and Chinese.
