Main responsibilities and key activities are listed in blue text below:

·        Install, upgrade, train and repair all assigned EskoArtwork equipment

·        Maintain exceptional customer relationships and drive excellence in customer service

·        Provide remote support to customers as required

·        Assist with trade-shows and demo’s

·        Assist other associates as needed

·        Actively participate in process improvement initiatives

·        Communicate all vacation and personal requested time off to supervisors providing as much advanced notice as possible

·        Expedient response to customer requests during normal business hours

·        In general, provides timely, accurate, readable paperwork

·        Provide supervisor with timely and accurate, activity reports (time sheets) and expense reports

·        Provide complete, accurate and timely billing for all service rendered to clients (service reports)

·        Record, monitor & control expenses (i.e. travel expenses, hardware expenses, etc.)

·        Monitor and control assigned inventory

·        Support all company marketing plans

·        Provide on-site consulting to ensure that the client’s expectations are met, to include providing technical guidance to clients regarding hardware and issues.

·        Identify and establish new business by utilizing technical knowledge  

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

·        Minimum 3 years in a technical support role or maintenance environment

·        Customer focused with excellent communication skills

·        Strong troubleshooting skills and diagnostic capabilities

·        Excellent knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, mechanics, optics Good working knowledge of MS Windows OS and Office applications Able to use testing equipment

·        Hands-on and non-procrastinating approach
