职位描述
1．领导销售团队完成销售目标，协调处理各类市场销售问题；
2．销售业务人员的筛选、管理
3．协调公司内部跨部门之间的关系
4．参与投标决策、投标策划和投标报价决策，负责项目投标的组织工作；
5．重要行业客户拓展、客户关系管理；
6．直接参与重大营销合同的谈判与签订及重大公关活动
7．发展、甄选、培训、管理区域代理商
8．组织市场状况调研，收集、整理相关市场信息，为公司的营销规划提供有效建议。
9．制定、执行市场营销预算
任职要求
1. 独立完成过大型项目的销售工作，具有较强的项目开发能力及项目运作管理能力；
2. 具有丰富的语言表达能力和沟通能力、协调、领导及谈判能力。 具有团队合作精神和协调管理能力；
3. 吃苦耐劳，为人正直，能承受较大的工作压力，能适应经常出差；
4．适应现代企业管理流程制度，年龄在35岁以上，具有市场销售相关职业培训经历者优先考虑。
5、本科以上学历，8年以上营销管理工作，5年以上同类岗位经验者优先；
6、有渠道运营、渠道管理有丰富经验；
7、有供热行业销售经验或政府建筑、供热行业项目销售、经验优先考虑。
