岗位职责：

1.理化检验员：检测生奶、半成品、成品等各类理化指标（脂肪、蛋白质、总固体、非脂乳固体、蔗糖）、口感、抗生素、酸度、粘度等，填写相应的各类原始记录；

2.仪器分析检验员：负责按照国家标准方法检测原辅材料和成品的三聚氰胺、污染物、营养元素、农药残留、风险监测等项目；

3.微生物检验员：完成生奶、过程品、产品、过程监控、环境监控等各类微生物检测工作、读取各种微生物检测结果，并及时做好相应的原始记录及归档工作。

岗位要求：

食品或者化工以及生物相关专业，大专及以上专业，部分岗位要求人员适应倒班的工作，有食品检验工资格证优先 。
