1、协助以战略为导向的企业文化内涵的提炼、完善公司企业文化体系，推动企业文化系统建设；

2、制定公司年度企业文化规划和预算，起草、修改和完善相关制度、流程并具体实施；

3、负责内部沟通体系和企业文化内容的规划与完善，依据公司战略规划完成企业文化类活动及员工沟通机制的设计与策划；

4、负责公司各渠道(包含线上及线下)文化活动的策划、组织、宣传、实施与总结；

5、负责公司内部文化氛围的营造、员工团队沙龙、活动统筹；

6、负责员工培养及关怀相关工作，开发新的凝聚力活动形式；

7、协助运营VP统计汇总月度经营数据并进行分析；

8、协助销售VP进行市场分析与拓展；

9、管理层的其它工作安排。

任职资格:

1、管理或市场类本科及以上学历，5年以上培训管理及企业文化工作经历；

2、对企业文化有深入理解，熟悉现代企业管理，系统掌握企业文化建设等专业方法与工具，并能结合实际落实；

3、良好的书面表达能力及写作功底，具备很强的系统性思维、目标导向力、团队管理能力及业务视角；

4、个性开朗、乐观，富有较强感染力，良好的沟通、协调、组织、策划、执行能力；

5、出色的文案创作能力及市场及企业宣传的策划能力；

6、有过大型活动的策划经验以及文化价值观行为化经验者优先。
