职位描述
? Implement and evaluate technical programs for customers
? Consult and plan with Sales Engineers on implementation of Planned Engineering Services for nominated Mobil accounts
? Implement and evaluate technical programs for customers
? Document results of technical programs/recommendations to quantify savings and/or cost avoidance for customers and/or provide proof of performance
? Identify and implement profit improvement opportunities with customers
? Identify and secure product upgrade opportunities
? Act as technical resource for Sales Engineers, National Account Managers and distributor sales team
? Resolve technical problems regarding product or equipment performance
? Provide feedback on industry segment trends, product performance, equipment functions, etc, to the Chief Engineer and Equipment Builder (EB) Engineer
? Participate/lead in work team/study as required
? Conduct training for the benefit of new technical and sales employees, customers and distributors on product knowledge, applications and programs
? Act as a mentor to Distributor Lube Engineers (DLEs) providing on-the-job training of product application knowledge
? Direct and coordinate all engineering activities for the territory
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
? Bachelor degree or above in Engineering discipline
? Minimum 3 years of field experience
? Strong engineering background
? Expertise in Mechanical
? Fluency in English
