JOB SUMMARY The position is mainly to develop the organization capabilities in terms of:

1.     Work under the requirement of ISO9000, ISO14000 and ISO18000. Develop necessary SOP to provide the guideline for the operation, monitoring the daily activities and responsible for the effectiveness for the system.

2.     Work with EHS team closely to implement all EHS requirement to cover both local regulation and PPG requirement. Lead implementation of Process Safety Management and MOC system.

3.     Work with R&D.QC and production team to implement First Lot Control for new formulations in the workshop and give correct processing instruction to operators.

4.     Lead investigation to any defective and abnormal batches found internally and externally and processes. Facilitate and lead the process to identify corrective and preventive action. Monitor the action implementation and follow up the effectiveness of improvement.

5.     Define the skill-set requirement to each operations position. Lead training, testing and qualification process to improve operator overall capabilities. Responsible to new operator training and job skill. Mentor new operator performance within probation.

6.     Benchmark best process technology in coating industry and seek opportunity to upgrade manufacturing process and equipment aiming at better quality consistency, lower cost and safe operation.

7.     Act as the gate-keeper to routing setting in SAP system. Ensure the batch size, process routing  and planning class are properly maintained in system

8.     Responsible for report in process quality control KPI

9.     Participate in yearly Capex assessment and implementation

10.  Responsible for site lean projects to improve C/T, Cost saving and productivity etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1.       5 years of  paint working experience with Arch coating technological process

2.       Experience of lead Lean project

1.       Communication skill & problem solving ability

2.       Strong learning ability and technical background

3.       Level of education: University degree or above ( Chemistry, chemical technology or equivalent);

4.       Fluent Mandarin, skilled spoken and written English

5.       Lean knowledge
