岗位职责：
1、负责所辖地区或行业的SAP Business One 或其它软件销售工作；
2、根据公司市场战略，积极开拓新市场和新客户，拓展社会关系，为公司客户的持续经营服务；
3、制定相关营销计划，积极有效推进客户经营，承担销售指标、完成销售业绩目标；
4、能独立完成商务报价及销售文件准备；协助销售总监，指导销售代表，运用顾问式营销理论与团队一起为客户提供企业信息化服务；
5、对新老客户进行跟踪管理，挖掘客户潜在需求，拓展公司软件产品的应用领域，提高客户满意度。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机、财会、市场营销、管理等相关专业毕业；条件确优可放宽学历要求。
2、应具有以下特质：
热情、敬业、坚韧、能承受工作压力、团队合作意识强、良好的沟通和协调能力、表达、演讲和商务谈判能力；
3、五年以上从事管理软件销售经验，其中国内外ERP软件企业大客户销售经验（包括ERP、HR、CRM、SCM、BI、DW等）三年以上，有SBO、用友、金蝶、易飞等ERP软件销售经验者优先录用；
4、有成功的销售业绩或大客户销售经验，有一定客户资源或行业背景，至少有以下一种从业经验或向以下行业提供管理解决方案者（离散制造业、烟草、化工制药、电子电器、汽车及配件生产、快速消费品、商贸物流运输业等）；
5、具有ERP大项目的分析能力，把握和控制能力, 有成功销售百万级ERP解决方案案例者优先；
