Improve sourcing processes to support business growth.

Requirements

· University degree required, preferably in IT technology, supplier chain/procurement or related business field.

· 5+ years of relevant working experience in supplier chain/sourcing/procurement experience in multinational IT company is preferred. IT technology related working experience is required.

· Good English communication both oral and written

· Technical skills including negotiation skills, knowledge of IT operations management and supplier chain processes , knowledge of effective technology driven –sourcing processes

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for vendor management and cost management, sourcing process

NNIT provide a variety of IT services from development and application maintenance to infrastructure and server maintenance. We were established in China in the end of 2007 and currently employ more than 780 highly skilled professionals. We expect to continue to expand at a rapid pace.

Challenges

Your will work in local finance team as purchaser directly report to finance manager in our Chinese office .

You will be able to rapidly improve your cooperation/communication skills with line manager set up procurement plan and objectives. You also will be involved in the project group on an on-going basis help improve the processes and communication between the finance units and the business function area. Sometime you may involve to procurement activity globally and cooperate with procurement department in Denmark.

Tasks includes

• Vendor assessment, approval and review by yearly
• Proactively manage the process of quotation , price comparison, supplier negotiation, Purchase order submission
• Purchase Price analysis by quarterly, procurement contract management.
• Ensure a proper cost control , initiate cost saving project on supplier chain process.
• Work closely with business managers/directors evaluate the business need for identify new suppliers
• Various tasks from the local finance department including Purchase cost analysis report.

You will be working in a demanding, but also friendly and enthusiastic environment with highly motivated colleagues. You will be able to work closely with International colleagues as well as colleagues in the local NNIT China finance department.

As the work often is related to working closely with a local finance department in china with tight deadlines, some flexibility with regards to working hours around month end closing is expected.
