Main Responsibilities

？  Deliver pricing strategy and practice to support the business growth and market share growth in all sectors.

？  Conduct online pricing practice to support the growth of E-business.

？  Competitive intelligence gathering for better developing our own pricing strategy

？  Provide analytical support through developing a set of key indicators and reports to measure business performance, and support business decisions.

？  Work with product managers to set up and adjust the product price to maximize the margin rate.

？  Develop proper price tools to optimize the price practice for China business.

？  Conduct yearly pricing analysis and adjustment.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

？  Bachelor degree or above. MBA is preferred.

？  At least 5 years of pricing working experience in multi-national companies in manufacturing industry.

？  Very good business sense and quick learner to understand the business model of different sectors.

？  Sensitive on numbers and financial returns.

？  Good knowledge of price analysis and pricing tools.

？  Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and complex projects.

？  Good communication and interpersonal skills. High ability to influence peers and leaders. Highly self-motivated.

？  Expert on data management and a good team player.
