岗位职责:

? Assist staff to respond to incidents in a timely fashion as per incident management framework;
? Analyze incident/adverse event data and prepare reports for dissemination and learning;
? Facilitate quality improvement projects including the process of PDCA in conjunction with relevant staff;
? Supervisor document control management per hospital policy including matrix follow up, data maintenance etc;
? Maintain Quality and Safety daily operation and evaluate hospital compliance towards JCI standards; prepare report and facilitate the improvement;
? Prepare for Risk Mgt Monthly Meeting, monthly QI Committee, and other internal committees as delegated.
? Supervisor quality staff during quality and safety manager absence
? Prepare reports and briefs as required by Quality and Safety Manager or Associate GM.

任职资格:

? Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
? 2 years’ experience in hospital management / administration, of which at least one must be at hospital wide level
? 1 year experience managing quality improvement in a hospital.
