岗位职责：

1.根据公司发展战略目标，全面负责公司品牌建设及市场管理工作；制定线上、线下市场推广方案，组织、整合相关资源推动方案的实施并对整体的实施进行监控；

2.制定市场年度预算，做出有效的销售预测，对全年市场业绩指标的完成结果负责；

3.实施品牌规划和品牌形象的建设，含线上平台推广、线下活动、异业合作及户外广告、口碑营销等宣传，提升品牌影响力和美誉度；

4.对竞争品牌广告策略、竞争手段的分析；对竞争品牌的产品特征、价格、促销手段等相关讯息进行收集、整理和分析；

5.建立与完善规范、高效的市场管理体系；做好各事业部之间的沟通与协调工作，共同参与集团的市场活动、品牌推广、公关活动的策划、组织与实施；

6.负责市场团队的建设、人员培训、建立积极向上的团队文化，提高团队成员的工作效率；

任职要求：

1.品貌端正，大专以上学历，广告学、市场营销、中文、新闻相关专业尤佳；

2.8年以上市场营销、新媒体运营等相关工作经验，五年以上教育行业市场管理经验；

3.有较强的市场分析能力、判断力、规划能力和敏锐的市场洞察力；

4.具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力，表达能力强，具备一定文字功底；

5.有独立运作产品企划或推广的实际经验，有成功的策划案例，熟悉各类媒体运作方式

6.有优秀的个人品质，有强烈的责任心和事业心，富有激情和创造性，具备良好的执行能力和职业道德；

7.能够深入了解集团产品特征，以及目标客户需求；了解同类产品的市场动态。对产品的推广有独到见解.
