职位描述：
1、根据公司战略规划以及区域市场特点，参与总体销售目标的制定以及业务拓展规划，并对销售目标的完成负责；

2、根据公司的长远发展需要，搭建团队，负责团队目标绩效管理，支持销售目标的达成。

3、负责各项日常管理的规范性，确保费用的合理分配与控制；

4、负责与相关部门的对接沟通，维护品牌形象；

5、负责完成各项销售方案对所有销售和员工进行分析和调配；

6、负责落实公司各项工作安排；

7、负责与公司有关的各种问题的处理和解决。


职位要求

1、 大专及以上学历,专业不限，形象好，综合素质高，具有积极进取的事业心；

2、 5年以上工作经验，3年以上管理经验；

3、 精通团队管理、客户管理、运营管理，熟悉团队的各项流程的制定、执行；

4、 较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力，能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力；

5、 具有较强的市场开拓与商务谈判能力；
