岗位职责

1.负责开发拓展财富管理客户，向客户提供专业理财规划与投资建议；

2.负责销售公司产品，根据客户需求提供量身定做的理财建议及规划；

3.负责进行各团队经理对客户经理和高级客户经理的招募与甄选、辅导与管理；

4.负责配合市场部开展各项推广活动，并为客户提供详细的解释和说明；

5.负责带领理财团队，通过对客户高质量的拜访扩大业务机会；

6.负责管理和控制理财团队的业务活动，并提供专业的辅导与训练；

7.完成工作报告及相关的业务汇报工作

要求：

1.本科或以上学历，营销、管理等专业优先考虑；

2.5年以上从业经验，有至少带过 5 人以上团队的工作经验，具有优秀的团队管理

能力，能带领团队完成销售业务；

3.具有良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力；

4.具备自我约束、激励并用于承担、完成目标责任的能力，能在一定的压力下胜任工作；

5.诚实守信，为人谦虚、勤奋努力，具有高度的团队合作精神和高度的工作热情；

6.有强烈的创业意识和创新精神，愿与公司一同成长。
