Job Description
1) Responsible for recruiting the right candidate in line with headcount budget;
2) Follow and improve the whole recruitment process of recruiting, including posting the job, screening applications, interviews, evaluation, offer and so on.
3) Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.
4) Develop and maintain different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness.
5) Provide regular recruitment status reports including weekly open position report and monthly HC report and so on.
6) Work with department heads on handling employee relationship related issues and troubles;
7) Responsible for expat staff relocation process including visa application, onboarding process and so on.
8) Provide effective HR support/consultancy to employee including compensation & benefits administration, performance management & other HR related activities
9) Routine HR staffing works including new staff enrollment, staff movement, probation review, contract review, resignation, & updating employment history/record;
10) Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree holder or above in HRM or any related disciplines
2) With at least 5year experience of working in HR field, head hunting experience is an advantage
3) Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese
4) Be familiar with China labor laws and regulations
5) Initiative and can-do attitude, enthusiastic about HR especially in recruitment function
6) Open minded, highly motivated, independent, ability to learn quickly and self-initiative
