Project Manager

NNIT seeks a Project Manager

As a part of NNIT China's continuing expansion, we need a project manager in Global Project Department to ensure high quality project delivery to customers in China and potentially international. This position requires strong project management and fluently English communication skills.

About the company and team

NNIT China is an IT service company. Today, NNIT China has more than 800 highly skilled employees and we are expanding rapidly. We provide services within a variety of IT services. You will be responsible for project management of medium to large scale IT infrastructure or application project.

Responsibilities

You will be managing project delivery to customers in a professional and challenging environment where the emphasis is on quality and continuous improvement of processes and services.

You will lead and motivate the project team, ensure a highly professional environment and that project deliveries are in highest quality - following up on the project status and overall delivery performance.

Together with the management group and sales team, you will ensure the growth and success of NNIT China, thus business development support will be part of your job. You will be assist sales team to prepare project solution and proposal to customers. You will present NNIT solution and proposal to customers. We expect you to suggest improvements to our present services and processes based on your experience and customer feedback.

You may expect some travelling in China.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in IT or engineering and at least 5 years’ project management experience in international companies.

Domain knowledge in IT infrastructure service

Deep knowledge in business process. Familiar to the work in MNC

Knowledge in project financial management

Soft skill in managing and motivating virtual team

Fluent oral or written English communication

Good customer relationship management

PMP/Price2 certification is a plus

ITIL foundation is a plus

Responsibilities:

Analyse the business requirement of customer.

Part of bidding team in bidding process

Manage the project team, responsible for the projects plan, deliverables, quality and customer satisfaction etc.

Responsible for project P&L

Communication with customers and with resource teams

Motivate project team, driven for good result
