Job Description:

1. Responsible sales pursuit and business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing solutions / services and products.

2. Reach the financial and other targets. Grow the business according to set targets and measurements.

3. Develop and manage the implementation and contribution to the China strategy, action plan and budgeting.

4. Manage customer relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.

5. Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects

6. Responsible for commercial and technical negotiation.

7. Work actively to create new growth initiatives, Systematic approach in developing sales channel and resources.

8. Provide variable sales channel management of designated area.

9. Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports

Competence Profile (Experience, knowledge, skills and capabilities essential to this position):

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

2. 8 years sales experience, with 5 years’ experience in slurry pump related industries, proven track of sales record, experience in tunneling industry is preferred.

3. High commercial sense, strong communication and presentation skills.

4. Outstanding communication skills, with oral English

5. Self-motivated, Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently or within a team

6. Well developed interpersonal skills and professional Demeanor
