岗位职责:

Include but not limited
Under general supervision, manage the purchasing of office stationary and other non-medical supplies for the hospital.
Act as a lead negotiator in purchasing plan of non-medical supplies, making ongoing effort to get better price and payment term.
Maintain and follow purchasing procedures to conform to SOX and other hospital policies.
Set strategic inventory goal for non-medical supplies. Maintain reasonable inventory level through good purchase planning.
Maintain non-medical supplies database within E1 system for accuracy of pricing and specifications.
Keep systematically record for CAPEX requests. Provide assistance in approval and purchasing process.
Work closely with central purchasing team and bio-med engineering team. Keep close follow up on purchase orders placed for CAPEX items to make sure they arrive at the right time.
Provide assistance in setup and maintenance of CAPEX database.
Develop informative reports for stakeholders.
Provide assistance in CAPEX payment projection.
Other duties assumed as required.
