This position aims to speed up the business development in defined market in East and North China(Technical Sales), promote current products, services or ideas and grow up the business in coating industry.

Proactively and systematically develop new customers and new business, maximize the customer base and collect technical information or market trend.

Maintain existing customers, build up good relationship and find new opportunities.

Execute sales & marketing promotion plans for achieving the sales objectives.

4. Meet customers independently and build up good relationship with R&D and purchasing department.

职位要求：

1. At least 1-2 years technical experience on raw material (resin/additive/solvent/hardener) or coating (wood coating / automotive coating / industrial coating) applications.

2. 4-6 years slaes experience in coating market.

3. Experience with coating customers and local market knowledge are highly desirable.

4. Good at communication and execution, sales oriented.

5. Good communication skill

6. Good team work skills
