Job Responsibilities:

1. Development of new product production process and give modification suggestion and request to the R&D.

2. Create process documentations, such as process flow charts, PFMEA, WI …

3. layout and new product production equipment or fixture design.

4. Try run for the production of the new product and give modification suggestion and request to the R&D.

5. BOM and cycle time maintenance for new product.

6. Analysis the production issues, find the root cause and give the solutions for those issues.

7. Maintain and improve existing production process to improve product quality and efficiency.

8. Lead continuous improvement projects regarding productivity, quality, and safety improvement.

9. Work out and optimize assembly standard time and cost with lean thinking

10. Review production reports and identifying the wastes. Find ways to lower those wastes using Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5s, etc..

Job Requirements:

1. University Engineering degree at related field;

2. Above 5 years working experience;

3. Mechanical/electrical automation industry working experience will be a plus;

4. Automation Machine hand on operation experience;

5. Coaching, communication and team working skills;

6. Good English Skill (Oral/Reading/Writing), AutoCad Application Skill;
