1. Contributes to the development of R&D and Innovation strategy, policies and procedures. Sets up and Implements product design policies, procedures and rules. Conducts technical feasability studies by analyzing technically new products/processes, defining its special characteristics and evaluating needs including machines, equipments and tools.

2. Defines & maintains the items codification instruction and carries out required updates following changes & modifications undertaken in accordance with defined policies, procedures and customer requirements.Participates sample production validation and follow up.

3. Assigns appropriate codes to items regarding raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods and maintains its revision according to items codification instruction.Records items on the Information System according to the predefined specifications and carries out timely updates following approved modifications.Supports sale team on all technical information.

4. Analyses internal technical support requests and identifies the right interlocutor inside the CoE to provide deeper knowledge and expertise.

5. Prepares a design of experiments plan in collaboration with CoE, Engineering, Industrial performance, Quality in order to correctly identify the problem root-causes.

6. Coordinates the implementation of the design of experiments plan, analyzes experiments results and issues report with comprehensive conclusions and potential solutions.

7. Follows up the action plan development and implementation and validates efficiency of the solution. Defines accordingly potential standardization of the solution within the company or restart the process in case of inefficiency.

8. Prepares, communicates and reviews Technical Support operation KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet defined objectives.

9. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Complies with corporate values, code of conducts and non disclosure agreement.
