Responsibilities:

1) Manage the fluid connection products, from pre-sales to after-sales主要负责流体连接件产品，从售前到售后的主导和支持工作

2) Expand product market share and improve brand image产品推广宣传，扩大产品市场占有率，提高品牌影响力

3) Prepare product catalogues, brochures, and other marketing promotion activities编制产品样本，宣传小册子，以及其他宣传渠道

4) Analyze market and industry information, and competitive intelligence搜集和分析市场信息、行业信息及竞争情报，制定市场策略

5) Support and cooperate with the sales department, visit customers together加强与销售部的合作，拜访客户，了解客户需求

6) Provide complete product training to sales forces, distributors and customers为销售人员、客户、代理商等提供产品技术和应用培训

7) Coordinate related work with logistics, quality, technology and other departments, even headquarters in Germany与采购、物流、质量、技术等多个部门合作，以及和德国总部的合作

8) Work in marketing department to prepare for shows, exhibitions and so on参与和准备展会、研讨会等活动，和市场部其他同事一起工作

Requirements:

1) University degree or above in hydraulic or mechanical engineering

2) At least 5 years working experience, and above 3 years in product management positions

3) Work experience in heavy industries, such as wind energy, shipbuilding, steel mill, construction machinery and so on

4) Familiar with hydraulic components, fluid connector will be preferred

5) Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork sprit

6) Sales and presentation skill are preferred

7) Good at English language, German will be a plus

8) High sense of responsibility, integrity, open minded, proactive, able to work independently and under pressure

公司薪酬福利待遇：
