资深会计 Senior Accountant


POSITION PURPOSE:

Will be able to support accounting manager in supervising daily operation of accounting department
Will ensure accurate and timely issuance of financial report
Will ensure that the entities comply with the financial policies and internal control requirement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting area:

1) Prepare the balance sheet reconciliation and make sure the B/S accounts adhere to the corporate policy
2) Be responsible for month end closing : checking & posting AP voucher
3) Be responsible for the preparation and timely submission of various corporate reporting on accounting
4) IC reconciliation & Checking & GIT posting
5) In charge of G/L, such as accrual & amortizing
6) Resolve issues related ERP system
7) Support statutory audit
8) Support SAP project
9) Other tasks to be assigned by the senior.

Treasury area:

1) Prepare daily cash flow forecast to meet daily funding requirement
2) Prepare payment instruction, staff reimbursement in E-banking system

3) Responsible for cash management
Others:
Be back up of the assistant account manager/ other accounts during their absence


REQUIREMENTS

Education

? Bachelor degree
? Major in finance or accounting
? Be familiar with ERP software and be proficient in MS office

Working experience

? At least 7 years working experiences in related areas
? Proficient English

Other requirement

? Communication & coordination skills
? Team work spirit
? Commitment, the ability to work under pressure
? High sense of responsibility
? Good at using software, such as excel; word.
? SAP preferred
