Responsibility 职责：

1. 按照国家统一会计制度的规定设置会计科目，建立公司帐簿;

1. Setting up accounting subjects and establishing company account books in accordance with the provisions of the unified national accounting system;

2. 每天按时到出纳处核对现金和银行存款情况，使帐目与实际相符;

2. Check the cash and bank deposits with the cashier in time every day, and make the accounts accord with the facts;

3. 收入、费用的确认与核算，会计凭证的编制。仔细核对发票、收据等原始凭证。

3. Recognition of revenue and accounting of expenses and preparation of accounting vouchers. Carefully check the original vouchers such as invoices and receipts.

4. 管理应收账款，跟踪应收账款

4. Supervise account receivable and track account receivable.

5. 负责明细账和总账的日常记账工作，做到及时准确;

5. Responsible for daily bookkeeping of detailed accounts and general ledgers, to be done timely and accurately;

6. 编制完整的财务报表、网上报税等报表;

6. Preparation of the complete set of financial statements, online tax declarations and other reporting;

7. 负责公司税务相关工作，按时缴纳各项税款;

7. Responsible for company tax related work and paying various taxes on time;

8. 定期进行盘点，确保系统库存与实物库存的一致性。

8. Periodically do stocktaking to ensure the consistency between system stock and physical stock.

9. 严格遵守和掌握最新的金融法律法规和各种金融制度的最新动态，如在实际工作中发现与之相矛盾的地方，及时向领导汇报，协商解决办法，修改旧的制度和流程。

9. Strictly abide by and keep abreast of the latest financial laws and regulations and the latest developments of various financial systems, such as finding conflicts with them in practical work, timely reporting to the leadership, negotiating solutions, and revising the old system and process.

10. 严格执行公司的相关制度、措施等，按照制度和方法履行会计职责。

11. 完成管理层安排的其他工作。

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 相关技能和资质：

PRIMARY QUALIFICATION 基本学历和经验要求:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

1. 会计学士学位

2. Min 3 years of experience preparing, maintaining and reporting financial reports.

2. 3年以上财务报告的编制、维护和报告工作经验

3. Familiar of and understand accounting principles and management.

3. 熟悉和理解会计原理和管理

4. Familiar of and be able to operate a variety of software programs related to accounting.

4. 熟悉并能操作会计相关的各种软件程序

5. Accurate and methodical, Deadline-Oriented, Time management.

5. 准确、有条理、有时限、有时间管理

6. Ability to proactively work both independently and within a team environment.

Shanghai Goldenfood Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of GF International Holdings Pte., Ltd. (Singapore) in China. Founded in 2018, the company is mainly engaged in introducing the most delicious snacks with local characteristics in Southeast Asia into the Chinese market. The products which the company has introduced include cassava chips, sticks, shrimp balls and other Indonesian specialties under the WAH brand, as well as cheese wafer products under the Ztars brand.
