岗位职责:

1. Manage the overall business operation of UFH CCC, lead the whole team to reach department KPI.
2. Submit the operation performance to superior, help with long term strategy of department.
3. Show leadership in people management, stabilize the team and grow employees’ capability and career path, build up good department culture.
4. Conduct department policy and procedure.
5. Participate in CCC operation data collection and analysis, figure out the operation problem and come up with resolution.
6. Work with IT team to maintain the stability of call center system.
7. Build up good team work with hospital and clinic, feedback on potential problem, procedure and business change, conduct the work flow in collaboration.
8. Participate in CCC shift model manage, line management, training, performance management based off business situation.
9. Direct the management team to reach their KPI separately.
10. Help staff in resolving any critical issue or difficult tasks.
11. Any other duties as assigned.

任职资格:

1. Call center overall operation management experience is required.
2. Medicine associate bachelor degree or above is preferred.
3. Minimum five years’ work experience, previous experience in similar position desirable.
4. Good English communication skills both in oral expression and writing.
5. Good computer skill, capability of data collection and analysis is needed.
