岗位职责:

Main role 主要工作职责

? Provide efficient communication and follow relevant guidelines to ensure all customer satisfaction有效地提供服务,有礼貌,按规章制度确保客户满意。
? Knowledge-based and experienced in communication /deal with complaint工作中,表现出良好的沟通和处理投诉的技能。
? Provide effective care to customer from different needs.根据不同客户的需求提供相应的护理服务。
?Promote the hospital and its services. 提升医院整体服务。
? Good communication during interact with patients with any issue, answer patient inquiries and assist patient when required with any issue. 有效交流在与客户进行任何问题的沟通,回答客户的询问,并在需要时帮助客户。
? Provide a variety of recreational activities for all customers. 组织和安排丰富多彩的文娱活动。
? Maintain good working relations with all departments. 与各部门保持良好的工作关系。
? Ensure that comments and complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any patient l eaving the hospital dissatisfied. 确保适当记录任何意见和投诉,并采取行动避免客户离开医院时不满意
? Identify VIP and regular patients and develop rapport to offer personalized service. 识别VIP和普通客户,并有针对性的提供个性化服务。
? Provide daily visit for inpatients, rounding and assist on their needs. 定期拜访住院客户,总结和帮助他们的需求。
? Be alive to new ideas which could benefit the hospital and seek opportunities to continually improve patient service. 具有创新思维,不断寻求改善客户服务的机会.
? Organize and attend meetings as required. 按要求组织和参加会议。
? Flexibility takes variety of shifts based on the department need. 参与医院的各项活动。
? Assist patient services manager on projects and new initiatives. Other tasks that are allotted by management. 完成管理层分配的其他任务。

Responsibilities 工作职责

? Dealing with any complain from patients处理病人的任何投诉
? Appointment booking smoothly for inpatient and outpatient为住院和门诊顺利预约
? Work closely with clinical manager to ensure the flow efficient for outpatient /inpatient与临床管理人员密切合作,确保门诊/住院等诊疗流畅有效
? Arrange patients in the right way, including accommodation、maternity matron’s assignment etc., and make patients feel at home. 妥善安排客户,包括房态安排,月嫂派遣等事宜,让客户感到宾至如归。
? Provide excellent services in greeting customers. 为客户提供优质服务。
? Explain services to patients. 为客户提供咨询服务。
? Work closely with CCC to ensure the KB updated and reply the messages from CCC in a timely manner与CCC密切合作,确保医疗团队信息得到更新,并及时回复CCC发来的信息
? Daily work management ;Ess system Work time system input and reporting 日常工作管理; ESS系统工作时间系统输入和报告
? Summaries the patient experience survey in monthly bases. 每月总结病人的体验和调查
? Flexibility to be on call and work on weekends. 听班值班,可能需周末工作。
? Transport arranging or booking system病人转运安排或预定系统审阅
? Manage with Flora/flower Company, ensure the environment friendly与花卉/花卉公司密切合作
? Coffee shop/Gift shop management咖啡店/礼品店的管理
? Patient activities expense settlement病人活动费用结算
? Festival decoration hospital wide.节日活动配合团队进行医院装饰
? Accomplish all working tasks完成医院所分配的其他工作。
? Participate in the different initiatives going on in the hospital. 参与医院的各项活动。
? Cooperate and Complete scheduled shifts on different duty.可完成不同班次的安排。
? Finish tasks ordered and management from Manager可完成分配的科室管理事宜


任职资格:

? Minimal Education Requirement - Polytechnic nursing school graduate学校毕业 大专学历或以上
? Minimum Experience Requirement-5 years working experience in customer servicer or coordinater 3-5 年客户服务经验,或相关临床协调工作经验
