岗位职责：

1.了解客户技术上的要求,配合、执行客户要求。

2.按照标准操作流程建立并监控新产品流片成功，确保适于量产

3.采用统计制程管理，监控及提高电学参数及在线监控参数的综合制程能力(CPK)

4.解决在线工艺问题, 以确保在线产品的顺利生产

5.协调各产品部、良率提升部、工程部和生产线发现制造工艺过程的问题，提出解决方案并实施以提高良品率；

6.执行从研发部门到工厂以及工厂之间的新技术转移工作

任职要求：

1. 微电子、电子科学与技术、材料（半导体材料）物理与化学等相关专业

2. 有较强自学能力和独立分析问题、解决问题的能力

3. 做事认真负责、细致、踏实，责任心强、抗压力强

4. 具有较好的英语听说读写水平
