职位描述
General Summary:
Besides responsible for the existing renewals and growing satisfied client relationships, acquiring new clients is the key role of this position.
Essential Functions:
Retains and expands existing client relationships and acquires new ones.
Build channels (such as IB, accounting firms, and law firms and others) to get referrals on new IPO opportunities.
Sales and Relationship Development
Identifies key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect’s issues and objectives
Development of custom solutions to address the client/prospect needs
Ensures that the full scope of services are priced appropriately
Effectively presents the solutions to the client/prospect and negotiates compensation
Manages the financial performance of his/her book of business:
Make sure the quality of deliverables and enforcing critical deadlines
Coaches and mentors team new members.
Completes all goal setting, performance evaluation, compensation management, etc. responsibilities with all direct reports.
Critical renewals with US securities risk exposure
Total revenue of the responsible cases be RMB2.5m
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in financial line or capital market related working experience.
Good communication skills – questioning and listening
Client relationship management skills – client friendly
Bachelor’s degree or above
