We are the authorized and professional ships service company mainly working on ship's SLUDGE disposal and ship's Pollution Response in most of Chinese ports and Chinese water Provision and bond store supply.
Top Glory Marine Service provides their clients with the following services in close cooperation with local authorities:
sludge / bilge-and oily water disposal arrangements
oil spill response service arrangements (P.R. China)
dirty ballast water disposal arrangements
tank and cargo residues disposal arrangements
chemicals / noxious liquid substances disposal arrangements
sewage disposal arrangements
garbage disposal arrangements
tank cleaning arrangements
Sludge survey arrangements
Hull Cleaning, Propeller Polishing arrangements in PRC (Currently under construction)
Act as the single contact point for all our service ports, when owners / ship managers have a sludge and garbage removal request for their vessels at each service port.
Negotiate the best possible rate of the sludge in each port. However, in some cases, vendors monopoly their rates and leave no room for negotiation.
Provide owners / ship managers the draft and/or standard of the sludge oil collection contracts at the respective ports, where the local authorities has the implementation request for the oil sludge collection.
Co-ordinate closely with owner / ship manager for their updated fleet list and ensure local sludge removal vendors update their local filing and registration accordingly.
More controlled overviewing and monitoring of the sludge removal operation through a TGM nominated surveyor on board and through taking a sample of the discharged oily residues in order to get the right figures.
Support ships masters at our service ports with 24/7 secretarial and administrative services, when the contract have been in place.
Settle with local sludge vendors the costs/profits of the sludge discharge upon completion of each sludge removal operation at the respective service port.
Full set of documentation will be provided to the owner / ship manager within 48hrs upon completion of each sludge removal operation. The set of documentation includes MARPOL certificates (I+V), issued by the respective port authorities, survey report issued by the attending surveyor and Top Glory Marine′s working report.
In some ports the oil sludge reception contract must be signed directly between owners / ship managers and local vendors, We are therefore not in a position to sign it on behalf of owners / ship managers but will co-ordinate this processing through our channel in order to finalize the contract signing by both parties.
Top Glory Marine Service only work with licensed and approved sludge and waste collecting vendors and are therefore able to recommend suitable local sludge and waste collecting vendors for owners / ship managers to work with.
