Main Duties:

1. Coordinate stock forecasting & transfers for China in consultation with the relevant Sales Managers and Purchasing team.

2. Develop strategic initiatives to improve and streamline practices, procedures, and system that are in place.

3. Identify supply chain cost saving opportunities and assisting 3PL’s with identification and development of more efficient supply chain solutions.

4. Check and apply compulsory safety testing to meet local regulatory standards.

5. Conduct continuous reviews, planning and evaluation of 3PL’s and warehouse activities, workflow, cost effectiveness and overall efficiency.

6. Assist in annual stock audit.

7. Lead the operations team of China to provide general support to the Sales team in China as required.

8. Provide feedback on duties undertaken to promote continuous improvement of operating processes and procedures.

9. Supervision of Import Customs & related CIQ procedures. Customs Database maintenance including HS code / CIQ requirement / Customs elements update, etc.

10. Product Labelling, Testing & Compliance in China to ensure the import goods meets all related Chinese standard and regulations for selling in China domestic market.

11. Work closely with 3PL testing & certification organization to arrange compliance GB testing and certification.

12. Implement & Maintain effective and efficient operations SOP’s in China.

13. Ensure effective communications and maintenance of key operational objectives, stock management and inventory accuracy with 3PL in China.

14. Using Netsuite, our business management software, support the Sales Team with invoicing, stock-level analysis, and delivery.

15. Coordinate the planning, set up and review of exhibitions and consumer shows in China, especially CBME in Shanghai.

16. Direct line management of operations staff in the Guangzhou office and other branches if any in future.

17. Oversee all activities associates with running office including contracts.

18. Supporting to HK IT team for application and maintenance of Company Wechat, Domain as well tele-communication systems.

19. Ensure effective communications within the China office and between the Guangzhou, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or equivalent.

2. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Trading / Distribution industry (Management experience is an advantage).

3. Knowledge of warehouse / stock management / Chinese Safety Standard, Regulations & Compliance.

4. Familiar with Supply Chain Management in a trading company.

5. Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel.

6. Organized, highly self-motivated, able to take on new challenges / responsibilities.

7. Language required: Fluent in spoken and written for English and Chinese.

8. Good teamwork, organizational and time management skill.

9. Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritization and able to work in an independent, efficient and effective manner in a fast-paced environment.

10. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
